Absolutely!
Many people attend retreats solo and it often becomes one of the most rewarding parts of the experience.
Our retreats are designed to create a welcoming, supportive environment where connections naturally form.
Numbers are intentionally capped, so you won’t feel lost in the crowd.

No.
Participants are responsible for booking their own flights to and from Bali (Denpasar International Airport).
Transfers to the hotel can be arranged through the villa - at additional cost.
If you arrive late, depart early or miss any part of the retreat for any reason, we are unable to provide refunds, credits or partial reimbursements for missed accommodation, meals, activities or sessions.
We recommend planning your travel carefully to allow for potential delays.

Yes.
Comprehensive travel insurance is a mandatory requirement for all participants and must be provided prior to commencement of the retreat. Your booking will not be considered confirmed until this has been received.
Travel insurance protects both you and us if unexpected circumstances arise.
Visa is a requirement for entry into Indonesia, participants are responsible for checking the latest entry requirements and ensuring they have the correct travel documents prior to departure.
It is recommended to arrange these documents prior to arrival to avoid long wait times at the airport.

All retreat payments, including deposits and instalments are non-refundable. This is because accomodation, venues and services are booked well in advance.
For this reason travel insurance is essential, most policies cover trip cancellation due to illness or unforeseen circumstances.
Please check your travel insurance documents terms and conditions.

We offer flexible payment plans. An initial non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your place with final instalments to be paid by the 7th of May, 2026.

For a single room participants will pay $2600 ($780 initial deposit).
For a twin share room participants will pay $220 ($660 initial deposit).
This includes*:
Accomodation, breakfast daily, welcome and farewell dinner, some lunches, workshops and facilitated sessions, selected activities and excursions, travel between excursions, retreat materials.*Exact inclusions will be listed on the retreat itinerary.
What’s not included?
Flights, visa’s, travel insurance, airport transfers, some optional activities, personal purchases, additional meals outside the retreat schedule and alcohol.

RETREAT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Wolfpack Sessions Bali Retreat
By booking and participating in a Wolfpack Sessions retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Booking and Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on the retreat.
Your booking is not considered confirmed until:
• the required deposit has been received, and
• all required documentation has been completed, including proof of travel insurance.
All payments made towards the retreat (including deposits and instalments) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Wolfpack Sessions.
Full payment must be received by the specified final payment date outlined in your booking confirmation. Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in forfeiture of your place without refund.
2. Participant Travel Responsibilities
Participants are solely responsible for arranging and paying for:
• international and domestic flights
• passports and visas
• travel insurance
• airport transfers unless otherwise specified
• any personal travel arrangements outside the retreat itinerary
Participants must ensure their passport is valid for at least six months beyond their travel dates and that they meet all entry requirements for Indonesia.
Wolfpack Sessions accepts no responsibility for any travel disruptions, delays, missed flights, visa issues, or associated costs.
3. Mandatory Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is a mandatory requirement for participation in the retreat.
Proof of valid travel insurance must be submitted before the retreat start date.
Failure to provide proof of insurance may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.
4. Health, Medical Conditions, and Personal Responsibility
By participating in the retreat, you confirm that you are physically, mentally, and emotionally capable of taking part in retreat activities.
Participants are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, medications, or psychological conditions that may impact their participation.
All retreat activities are undertaken voluntarily and at the participant’s own risk.
Participants are responsible for managing their own health, medications, hydration, and personal wellbeing throughout the retreat.
5. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
Retreat activities may include physical movement, wellness practices, group workshops, outdoor excursions, and emotional or reflective exercises.
While Wolfpack Sessions takes reasonable care to create a safe and supportive environment, participation in retreat activities involves inherent risks.
By attending the retreat, you acknowledge and accept that:
• you participate voluntarily and assume full responsibility for any risks associated with participation
• Wolfpack Sessions, its facilitators, employees, contractors, and partners are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, accident, delay, or expense arising during or as a result of participation in the retreat
This includes, but is not limited to:
• physical injury
• emotional or psychological distress
• illness or medical events
• property damage or loss
To the maximum extent permitted under Australian law, you release and hold harmless Wolfpack Sessions and its representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your participation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
6. Retreat Activities and Personal Boundaries
Retreat activities are intended for personal development, relaxation, and wellbeing.
They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.
Participants are responsible for choosing whether to participate in any activity and may opt out at any time.
7. Changes to Retreat Itinerary
Wolfpack Sessions reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the retreat schedule, facilitators, accommodation, or activities if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control or to improve the retreat experience.
Any such changes will not entitle participants to refunds.
8. Force Majeure
Wolfpack Sessions is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• natural disasters
• extreme weather
• pandemics
• political unrest
• government travel restrictions
• transportation disruptions
In such cases, Wolfpack Sessions will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the retreat or provide alternatives but cannot guarantee refunds.
9. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward facilitators, staff, local communities, and other participants.
Wolfpack Sessions reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.
In such circumstances, no refund will be provided.
10. Personal Property
Participants are responsible for their own belongings.
Wolfpack Sessions accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during the retreat.
11. Photography and Media
During the retreat, photographs or video may be taken for promotional purposes.
By attending, participants grant Wolfpack Sessions permission to use such images for marketing and promotional materials unless they notify us in writing prior to the retreat.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
Any disputes arising in connection with the retreat shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant Australian courts.
13. Third-Party Providers
Wolfpack Sessions may engage third-party providers including accommodation venues, transportation services, excursion operators, catering providers, or wellness practitioners.
While reasonable care is taken in selecting reputable providers, Wolfpack Sessions is not responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, or services of any third-party provider.
Any issues arising from services provided by third parties must be addressed directly with the relevant provider.
14. Minimum Participant Numbers
Wolfpack Sessions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat if the minimum number of participants required to operate the retreat is not met.
In the event the retreat is cancelled due to insufficient numbers, participants will receive a refund of payments made to Wolfpack Sessions for the retreat.
Wolfpack Sessions is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, including flights, visas, insurance, or other travel-related expenses.
15. Cancellation and Chargebacks
All retreat payments, including deposits and instalments, are non-refundable.
If a participant chooses to cancel their booking for any reason, including personal circumstances, illness, or changes in travel plans, no refund will be provided.
Participants are responsible for claiming any eligible losses through their travel insurance provider.
Participants agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with their bank or payment provider in relation to retreat payments that fall within these agreed Terms and Conditions.
